Bro Gbenga, I wouldn't say we were close, yet as I write this, tears fill my eyes.... And yes, I have had those bouts of tears that threaten to fall even in the oddest places. There are so many memories of you: growing up and how you used to eat your hot food so fast, I used to wonder if there was a fridge in your tummy lol, how you rarely interfered in my business but offered your candid advice from time to time. My most cherished memory was when I brought my hubby to you when we wanted to get married and how you advised us that life is a process, that we should take things one step at a time and not do more than our capacity per time. I left your place that day, taking your advice to heart. Thank you for being there, thank you for being here, thank you for being our brother. Adieu, dear brother.
